DRG Architects designed the 110,000 SF Combined Support and Maintenance Shops (CSMS) Facility at the McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Joint Military Base, a critical hub for Army National Guard maintenance and logistics operations. The CSMS Facility includes:

• Specialty Services Area: Includes a Vehicle Wash Bay, Paint Preparation Bay, Paint Stripping Bay, Paint Spray Booth Bay, Body Shop, and Welding Shop. The facility also houses an Engine and Transmission Dynamometer Bay.
• Support Services Area: Includes a Machine Shop, Radiator Shop, Computer Shop, Missile Repair Shop, Carpentry Shop, Canvas Shop, Glass Shop, and a Communication & Navigation Instrument Shop, each designed to provide specialized repair and maintenance services.

The CSMS Facility was a key component of the McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Joint Military Base’s Consolidated Logistics Training Facility (CLTF) master plan, alongside:

• Army National Guard Readiness Center
• Army Reserve Equipment Concentration Site (ARECS)
• Unit Training Equipment Site (UTES)
